How to bake scones

Hello readers, today I will teach you how to bake scones. Here are the ingredients 

flour 

butter

 milk 

baking powder 


and the equipment 

measuring cup

a big spoon

baking tray 

mixing bowl 

Here's how to bake them

1. wash your hands 

2. set the oven to 220 degrees 

3. pare the baking tray

4. measure 3 cups of flour in your measuring cup  

5.now add to the 6 teaspoons of baking powder to the measuring cup
6. now pour them both into the mixing bowl

7. sofen 75 GR of butter in the microwave

8. Put the butter with baking powder and flour inside the mixing bowl 

9. now there's a special way to mix this dough you have to use hands to rub the butter in until the flour looks like bread crumbs. 

10. now you make a make a well in the dough 

11. pour 1/4 cups of milk into the well

12. you quickly  mix it with a spoon

13. you now take the dough and place it on the baking tray 

14. spread the dough around on the baking tray with your hands to make a big square   


15. put them in the oven and wait for ten minutes 

16. pull them out of the oven


17. Eat!


TIP:

when your done put a tea towel on to make the heat to stay with the scones

  2. Amazing looking scones Freyja, I am going to try your recipe. What is your favourite topping to have on them? When they are hot I just have butter on them but when they are cold I like jam and whipped cream. I look forward to more creations that you share.
